Service Charge: Payment received beyond 35 days will incur a 3%, 60 days
a 25%, 90 days a 45%, and 120 days or more a 100%.

Freight:F.O.B Maplewood, NJ07040 unless order qualifies as prepaid freight. All orders with a single destination within the continental U.S. will be shipped prepaid provided they have avalue of$2000.00 Net. Payment of all invoices which qualify as prepaid shipments must be remitted to C.A.C CHINA in 30 days or the Freight Charges will be the responsibility of the customer. C.A.C CHINA retains the right to choose the carrier for all orders that qualify for Prepaid Freight. There will be a $5.00 per box charge for handling and any corrections made by ups for the incorrect address/or zip codes. C.A.C CHINA, is not responsible for any accessorial charges such as sort and segregate, lift gate, inside-delivery, re-delivery, etc. If this occurs will result in additional billing charges. Refused, will be at customer expense.
Back Orders:We reserve the right to include all back ordered items of a $200.00 freight allowed order, unless otherwise notified by customer to cancel or ship collect. All back orders will be shipped at prices prevailing at the time of shipments.
Returns:No stock items will be accepted for return without prior authorization, and must be returned on a prepaid basis. Collect shipments will be refused. All returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking charge. After 60 days of receipt of the merchandise. 揗ade to Order?Items will not be accepted for exchange or return.
Returned Checks:Due to the costs associated with returned checks, a $30.00 charge will be assessed for each occurrence.
Collection:The buyer agrees to pay all applicable attorney and collection fees. The terms and conditions shall be construed interpreted and performed exclusively according to the laws, conflicts of law of the state of New Jersey.Any legal action with respect toany transaction must be commenced after the cause of such action has arisen. Shortages/Damaged Merchandised:Any Loss or damage incurred during delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Any shortage or damaged noted by the buyer upon receipt of the merchandise should be reported immediately to the carrier in effort to secure timely inspection. Packaging and contents should be saved for prospective inspection. C.A.C CHINA is willing to assist you in every possible manner to collect claims for lost or damaged merchandise; however, we are not responsible for collection of claims or replacement of merchandise. All damages must be reported to C.A.C CHINA within 3 days of customer receipt of merchandise.
New Accounts:All New Accounts must furnish C.A.C CHINA copy of certificate sales with three current trade references and one bank reference. Bank must provide authorization to your bank to release information as required order to obtain open account with C.A.C CHINA. All New Account orders are shipped on a check-in-advance basis till proper credit has been established.
