TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

●TERMS:

Net 30 days from date of invoice. A 1.5% service charge will be applied to an invoice 30 days or more past due per month.

●MINIMUM ORDER:

$100.00 Net. Orders not meeting the $100.00 Net Minimum are subject to a $25.00 service charge.

●DAMAGED MERCHANDISE AND/OR SHORTAGES:

CAC CHINA INC. RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPMENT CEASES WITH ACCEPTANCE BY CARRIERS. If any goods called for on the bill of lading are short or damaged,do not accept them until the Freight Agent makes a damage notation on your freight bill. THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE SHIPMENT AS SOON AS IT IS RECEIVED-if any concealed loss or damage is discover notify your freight agent at once and request him to make an inspection. Unless you do this the transportation companies will not entertain any claim for loss or damage. If the agent will not make an inspection. then you should make an affidavit that you notified him(on a certain data)and he failed to do so. This,with other papers,will properly support your claim.we are not responsible for loss or damage when you give the transportation company a clear recept.

●CONDITIONS OF RETURNS:

No merchandise is to be returned without authorization number.

   1.    Restocking Change will be 25% of returned merchandise invoice amount with minimum $25.00.

   2.    Return shipments must be prepaid.

   3.    Returns only accepted on current merchandise found to be in original cartons and in new and saleable condition.

   4.    Must write authorization number on packing list.

   5.    Unauthorized returns will be refused.

   6.    No returns after 60 days of receipt of the merchandise.

●BACK ORDERS:

We reserve the right to include all back ordered items of a Full Freight Allowed Orders with subsequent Full Freight Allowed Orders, Unless otherwise notified by you to cancel or ship collect . All back orders will be shipped at prices prevailing at the time of shipments.

●MATERIALS AND FINISHES:

Sellers reserves the right to make suitable substitution in materials and finishes ,depending upon their availability and government regulations, All weights,sizes,and counts shown herein are approximate.

●TAXES:

Any tax or other Government charges upon production, sale and/or shipment of goods sold hereunder now imposed by Federal, State or Municipal authorities, or hereafter becoming effective,shall be added to the price herein provided, and be paid by the buyer.

●ACCEPTANCE:

1. Receipt of our price list does not constitute and offer to sell.

2. All orders are subject to acceptance by CAC China Inc. Irvington, NJ in accordance with “Term and Conditions of Sale” regardless of any form in which a purchase order you submitted.

3. No price reductions without prior written authorization of CAC China Inc.
